- Assist in menu preparation and pricing policy
- Supervise service of all food items in outlets
- Ensure correct workplace health and safety regulations are maintained

Job Description
- Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen operation as assigned.
- Interacts with clients, suppliers, government officials, competitors, and local community.
- Coordinates functions and activities with other Food & Beverage department heads.
- Assists the Executive Chef in supervising kitchen employees, facilities, and costs.
- Controls and analyzes quality levels, guest satisfaction, merchandising, and costs.
- Assists in production, preparation, and presentation of all food items.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
- Conducts hiring, orientation, coaching, and suspension as necessary.
- Assists in conducting formal and on the job training sessions.
- Assists in menu preparation and pricing policy.
- Informs Executive Chef of relevant operational and personal matters.
- Supervises service of all food items in Rixos The Palm Outlets.
