- Inspect proper bar opening and closing; ensure bar is stocked to set PAR level, F.I.F.O, daily bar checklist, communication, and maintenance report
- Check pouring time and weigh coffee shot as per standard to get better quality
- Order coffee, tea, fruits, and milk if necessary
- Inform 86 items, push items, and daily specials such as mocktails/juice & coffee special
- Weekly inventory of coffee/juice/mocktails & tea items and ordering to supplier items running low
- Ensure bar is organized, clean, and tidy at all times
- Report to Senior (manager, head waitress) any incidents during operation
Requirements
- Specialty Coffee: 3 years (Required)
- Excellent grooming and appearance at all times
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Team work oriented
- Ability to work under pressure

Purpose of the role
- The Barista is responsible for ensuring the quality of beverages and reporting to the Head/Senior barista any minor incidents during the operation.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- To inspect the proper bar opening and closing. During operation ensure the bar is stocked to set PAR level, F.I.F.O, daily bar checklist, communication, and maintenance report.
- Check the pouring time and weigh the coffee shot as per the standard to get better quality.
- To order coffee, tea, fruits, and milk if necessary.
- Inform 86 item’s, push item’s as well the daily special such mocktails/juice & coffee special.
