The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control and the timely flow of materials supporting Pulse Nova's manufacturing activities.
Responsibilities
- Own daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection handoff, put-away, storage, picking/kitting and line feeding in support of production.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigation and root cause elimination, driving corrective actions to closure.
- Maintain warehouse governance and compliance standards (FIFO/FEFO, ESD controls, shelf-life management, controlled items storage, quarantine/blocked stock).
- Coordinate material staging and availability with Production Planning, Logistics and Team Leaders to ensure smooth execution against priorities.
- Manage packaging preparation and internal dispatch for production supply, finished goods, returns and inter-site transfers, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Execute WMS/ERP warehouse transactions with high accuracy and timeliness, ensuring location discipline, data integrity and record completeness.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, picking errors, kitting OTIF, cycle count adherence) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support a safe and orderly warehouse environment by enforcing handling procedures, housekeeping (5S) and equipment usage rules.
Requirements
- 5+ years in warehouse roles within manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in regulated or defense contexts.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and disciplined inventory control processes.
- Familiarity with traceability, handling and storage requirements for electronics/mechatronics or controlled materials.
- Ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Forklift/license as required by local regulations (preferred).
