Responsibilities

  • Own daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection handoff, put-away, storage, picking/kitting and line feeding in support of production.

  • Manage packaging preparation and internal dispatch for production supply, finished goods, returns and inter-site transfers, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Execute WMS/ERP warehouse transactions with high accuracy and timeliness, ensuring location discipline, data integrity and record completeness.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, picking errors, kitting OTIF, cycle count adherence) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support a safe and orderly warehouse environment by enforcing handling procedures, housekeeping (5S) and equipment usage rules.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in warehouse roles within manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in regulated or defense contexts.
