Role Profile

What You Will Deliver

• Develop job descriptions, recruitment plans, and strategies with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, tests, and evaluations.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and vendors.
• Manage candidate communications and provide updates and feedback.
• Negotiate offers, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and advise on recruitment matters.
• Track recruitment trends, metrics, and performance indicators to improve outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment are preferred.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates for diverse roles and levels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate assessment tools, and recruitment technology.

Skills That Matter

• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Familiarity with relevant recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing and collaborating with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
