Role Overview
Lead and support enterprise-wide risk management practices across capital and major projects within the PMO.
Enable proactive risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting to improve project decision-making, certainty, and resilience.
Position Details
- Reports to the Manager, Risk Management within the PMO.
- Business unit/function is PD&E, with job family PD&E and sub-family PMO.
- Position type is Regular.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools for capital and major projects.
- Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain risk registers and perform risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations.
- Track mitigation actions and integrate risk data into project controls and performance reporting.
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for governance, leadership reporting, and audits.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to embed risk awareness into project execution.
- Provide training and coaching to project teams and junior risk analysts.
- Support stage gate reviews, assurance activities, and project risk audits.
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures.
