Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement HSE Risk Management strategies to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Develop and execute Process Safety Management protocols to mitigate risks and enhance safety
- Monitor Contractor HSE Performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct Fatigue Risk Management assessments and implement necessary measures
- Participate in Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning activities
- Oversee Permit to Work processes to ensure adherence to safety standards
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions
- Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis to proactively address safety concerns
- Implement Safe Work Practices (WMS) to maintain a secure working environment
- Advise on technical safety matters and provide expertise in operating integrity
- Analyse safety data and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve safety and operational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical, or other relevant disciplines
- 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on HSE and operating integrity
