Responsibilities
- Support governance for various domestic and global subsidiaries to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Perform preliminary review of legal aspects of project proposals, draft agreements, correspondence, and other texts
- Assist in drafting legal documents for final review of manager
- Draft legal memoranda and other legal documents including administrative contracts and agreements
- Prepare background materials, reports, papers, and other documents as requested
- Review Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, PoAs, and Board Resolutions
- Board Secretarial
- Manage and centralize corporate subsidiary data to streamline entity Governance
- Provide required KYC documentation as required by Global KYC procedures
- Monitor and renew licenses in line with laws, regulations, and set procedures

Job Purpose
- Support Legal Counsels with various tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents, and communicating with clients.
Governance Management
- Support governance for various domestic and global subsidiaries to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Administrative Management
- Perform preliminary review of the legal aspects of project proposals, draft agreements, correspondence, and other texts and provide appropriate comments to the corresponding Manager.
- Assist in the drafting of legal documents for the final review of the manager.
- Draft legal memoranda and other legal documents including administrative contracts and agreements such as contracts of engagement of personnel, consultants, and contracts awarded for the procurement of goods or services.
- Prepare background materials, reports, papers, and other documents as requested by the Manager.
- Review Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, PoAs, and Board Resolutions.
- Board Secretarial.
- Manage and centralize corporate subsidiary date to streamline entity Governance.
- Preforming and providing the required KYC documentation as required by the Global KYC procedures.
- Monitoring and renewing the licenses in line with Laws, regulations. And set procedures.

- Bachelor Degree in Legal Assisting
