Job Purpose
Provide specialist landscape architectural expertise across projects.
Support the development, review, coordination, and implementation of landscape and public realm solutions that meet design, sustainability, budget, regulatory, and project requirements.
Design and Technical Delivery
- Support landscape architecture designs from concept through detailed design, construction, and handover.
- Review drawings, specifications, reports, material submissions, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate softscape, hardscape, irrigation, streetscape, public realm, external furniture, and lighting interfaces.
- Review planting strategies, plant selection, soil requirements, irrigation systems, and landscape specifications.
- Review consultant and contractor submissions and provide technical comments.
- Identify design conflicts, technical issues, and interface requirements and coordinate their resolution.
Project Coordination and Delivery
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, urban designers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, coordination meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
- Coordinate with design management, technical, project management, BIM, infrastructure, construction, operations, and facilities teams.
