About the Role
ADNOC Group is seeking an HSE Risk Management Specialist to determine and review HSE risks across project phases. The role involves chairing risk workshops, providing expert input to risk registers, and advising senior management.

Responsibilities
- Determine & review HSE risks for various phases of the project (Pre concept, Concept, FEED, EPC and Operations) based on the project SOWs as Subject Matter Expert for Technical Safety / Design HSE
- Ensure a systematic approach of HSE risk identification, assessment, evaluation and management process as defined in ADNOC Risk Domain Manuals & Corporate Practices for the entire life cycle of the project
- Expert inputs to Integrated Risk Registers & Enterprise Risk Management risk registers conducted for the Development, Projects, Engineering and Plant Operations
- Chair or participate and provide specialist advise on Scenario Based Risk Assessments and advise senior management in order to take risk based decisions
- Lead and advise on the HSE risk assessment part on all the layout / site selection and other development/drilling/project related matters for ADNOC Sour Gas
- Chair / facilitate or participate in risk workshops viz., HAZID/ENVID/OHID, QRA, Bowtie, SIMOPs, Constructability studies and any other process safety & risk management related studies/workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification
- 8 years’ experience as HSE professional in Project delivery within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE principles, risk assessment techniques, and ADNOC's HSE Management Systems

About Role

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification.
