Worley seeks a Specialist Electrical Engineer for a mega Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves championing safety, reviewing contractor deliverables, and coordinating engineering activities during FEED and EPC phases.

Responsibilities
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve Project Management issues during early work and FEED phases
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve electrical Engineering issues
- Act on behalf of Owner on all matters with respect to EPC/FEED Contractor and coordinate Project activities
- Review and approve Contractor key deliverables within electrical discipline ensuring compliance with design requirements
- Attend regular meetings at Contractor's Engineering offices and construction sites to discuss progress
- Review and approve key design documents from Vendors, equipment manufacturers or Subcontractors
- Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors
- Attend Project technical sessions such as Design Review, 3D Model Review, Constructability, SIL, EIA, HAZOP, HAZID
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Contractor's Engineering design activities, system integration, and design selection
- Coordinate auditing activities of EPC/FEED Contractor and ensure implementation of recommendations
- Manage and coordinate interface activities between EPC/FEED Contractor, Owner, and outside third parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- ADNOC project experience
- Offshore project experience
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases
- PMC experience preferred

Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- ADNOC project experience is required.
- Offshore project experience is required.
- PMC experiences are preferable.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.
