- Ensure cybersecurity business plans and initiatives comply with legislative and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and report cyber defense trends
- Analyze log files from multiple sources to identify possible threats to network security
- Assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls
- Conduct self assessment for NCA controls
- Create, maintain and update cybersecurity standards and procedure manuals
- Design, perform, and manage cybersecurity audits
- Develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity policies
- Ensure cybersecurity risks are identified and managed through risk governance process
Requirements
- Knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation and management methods
- Knowledge of cybersecurity related threats and vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity aspects of business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles and organizational requirements
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or GRC (desirable)

Job Description
- Ensure that Cybersecurity business plans, goals, initiatives, and projects of the Cybersecurity Department contribute to achieve compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to perform training to CATRION employees about Cybersecurity: technical, supervisory, and executive positions
- Analyses and report cyber defines trends.
- Analyses exercise results and system environment to plan and recommend modifications and adjustments.
- Analyses log files from multiple sources to identify possible threats to network security
- Apply security policies to meet system security objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls.
- Assist Auditing Team and to ensure to meet the quality requirements.
- Collaborate with other members of the cybersecurity team to develop new protocols, layers of protection, and other proactive and defensive systems for remaining ahead of cybercriminals
- Conduct self assessment for NCA controls.
- Create, maintain & update the Cybersecurity standards and procedure manuals.
- Designs, performs, and manages Cybersecurity audits to assess an organization's compliance with applicable requirements, policies, standards, and control.
Skills
- Interpersonal communication skills.
- Self motivated and have the ability to work with a multinational workforce.
- Hardworking and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, mitigation and management methods.
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or GRC (desirable)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity related threats and vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity aspects of business continuity and disaster recovery planning and including testing.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles and organizational requirements.
