About the Role
ADNOC Group seeks an Artificial Lift Specialist to provide technical authority and advice on artificial lift systems for subsurface and surface teams. The role involves defining standards, implementing new technologies, and supporting technical staff development.

Responsibilities
- Assist and advise ADNOC Onshore’s assets on the best/optimum artificial lift design, technique and tools
- Represent technical authority for Artificial Lift matters within ADNOC Onshore
- Define standards for Artificial Lift systems in the assets
- Support assets in determining opportunities for Artificial Lift design and optimization
- Identify Artificial Lift challenges across all assets and implement new technologies and workflows
- Capture Artificial Lift related lessons learned / best practices and ensure their communication across assets
- Participate directly and indirectly in technical staff development (training, coaching, development, etc.)
- Coordinate with ADNOC HQ, shareholders and other OPCOs on relevant Artificial Lift Systems activities
Requirements
- Bachelor in petro technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 10 years in Well Engineering (design, analysis and optimization and R&D)
- 5 years of artificial lift operations or development including Gas lift and ESP specialist roles
- International experience preferred

Job Purpose
- Designated as Artificial Lift Specialist. Provides Artificial Lift related advice to Subsurface and Surface Teams to achieve their objectives in the areas of Technology Management, Technical Challenges, Standard Practices and Knowledge Sharing. Acts as technical authority for all Artificial Lift asp
Key Accountabilities
- Assists and advises ADNOC Onshore’s assets on the best/optimum artificial Lift design, technique and tools.
- Represents technical authority for Artificial Lift matters within ADNOC Onshore.
- Defines standards for Artificial Lift systems in the assets.
- Supports assets in determining opportunities for Artificial Lift design and optimization.
- Identifies Artificial Lift challenges across all assets and implements new technologies and workflows.
- Captures Artificial Lift related lessons learned / best practices and ensures their communication across assets.
- Participates directly and indirectly in technical staff development (training, coaching, development, etc.).
- Coordinate with ADNOC HQ, shareholders and other OPCOs on relevant Artificial Lift Systems activities to ensure best practices are captured.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor in petro technical discipline, advanced degree is preferable.
- 10 years in Well Engineering (design, analysis and optimization and R&D), along 5 years of artificial lift operations or development of which include Gas lift and ESP specialist roles. International experience is preferable.
