Job Summary
- Seeking an innovative, passionate, and experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead daily operations of wellness and spa facilities at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq.
- Reports directly to the General Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing day to day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and alignment with holistic spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist General Manager in overseeing daily operations of spa and wellness facilities.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the spa and wellness team.
- Ensure all treatments and services are delivered according to established protocols and brand standards.
- Develop seasonal wellness programs, spa packages, and special offerings.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, consistency, and presentation.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, treatment flow, and operational efficiency.
- Manage spa retail performance, inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and wellness industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of spa facilities and equipment.
- Work closely with Rooms, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and continuous training.
- Foster a culture of mindfulness, wellbeing, innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
