- Oversee day to day resort operations during assigned shifts
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and service recovery
- Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure readiness and brand standards
- Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and in house experiences
- Support Front Office operations including check in/out and VIP arrivals
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and operational standards
- Coordinate with department heads for efficient communication and alignment

- Experience in a duty manager or similar operational role in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and problem solving abilities

Job Summary
- Seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to oversee daily resort operations at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq.
- Reports to General Manager, acts as key operational leader on shift.
- Responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards and resolving guest issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day resort operations during assigned shifts.
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and service recovery.
- Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure readiness and brand standards.
- Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and in house experiences.
- Support Front Office operations including check in/out and VIP arrivals.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with department heads for efficient communication and alignment.
- Monitor daily operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Support emergency response procedures and ensure guest and staff safety.
- Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate updates to management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional guest service.
