Position Overview
- Seeking a detail oriented Purchasing Supervisor to oversee procurement at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq.
- Reports to Finance or Purchasing Manager, responsible for day to day procurement activities.
- Ensures timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of high quality goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily purchasing activities for all resort departments.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure contractual adherence.
- Process purchase requests and ensure approvals per company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast needs.
- Ensure purchased items meet brand standards and quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.
- Work with Finance to track budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with Receiving and Stores for proper inspection and delivery.
- Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing.
- Support inventory control processes and stock reconciliation.
