Responsibilities
- Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
- Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized
- Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools
- Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records
- Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed
