Spa Specialists support vital spa functions and help create memorable, unique hotel guest experiences.
The role combines spa service support, guest interaction, reservations, retail promotion, and payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Answer guest questions about spa services.
- Check in guests and process payments.
- Follow company policies, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and communications.
- Use reservation software to verify information accurately.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- The role requires extended standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and movement over uneven or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to the stated weight limits.
Work Environment
- The role is based in a hotel spa environment and requires frequent movement while assisting guests.
- Associates may stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while performing hands-on work.
