Job Description
- As a Spa Supervisor, you're not just supervising daily health club operations – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
- Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
- Provide hands on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity.
- Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance.
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
