POSITION SUMMARY

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
  • Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Answer questions about available services.
  • Update reservations/cancellations list, inform providers of last minute changes, resolve scheduling issues.

Duties

  • Check in guests for appointments, confirm name, provide general spa orientation.
  • Promote and sell spa/salon services.
  • Obtain assigned bank, ensure accuracy of monies, keep bank secure.
  • Process guest payments, accept and log cash tips, balance and drop receipts with Accounting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None.

Additional Requirements

  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Follow company policies; maintain uniform and personal appearance; maintain confidentiality.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended period; lift objects up to 10 pounds.
