POSITION SUMMARY
- Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
- Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Answer questions about available services.
- Update reservations/cancellations list, inform providers of last minute changes, resolve scheduling issues.
Duties
- Check in guests for appointments, confirm name, provide general spa orientation.
- Promote and sell spa/salon services.
- Obtain assigned bank, ensure accuracy of monies, keep bank secure.
- Process guest payments, accept and log cash tips, balance and drop receipts with Accounting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
Additional Requirements
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Follow company policies; maintain uniform and personal appearance; maintain confidentiality.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended period; lift objects up to 10 pounds.
