Job Description

  • As a Sous Chef, you lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Lead culinary team operations with hands on leadership and coaching.
  • Oversee production and service, including creating production lists and expediting service periods.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
  • Uphold regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.
