- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation rules
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English

Job Description
- Be intimately familiar with all kitchen operations and prepared to cover all eventualities.
- Prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes including French, Italian, and fusion cooking.
- Oversee kitchen team members: prepare, schedule, and deliver training; manage performance; ensure safety standards.
- Help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.
