Job Description

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes including French, Italian, and fusion cooking.
  • Oversee kitchen team members, including preparing, scheduling, and delivering training.
  • Manage team member performance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules.
  • Help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.

Qualifications

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
  • Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Communicate clearly with your team to provide high quality meals on time.
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions.
