- Oversee daily kitchen operations across Banquets, In Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, following recipes, presentation, and portion guidelines
- Monitor food cost, inventory levels, and purchasing to maintain budget targets and minimize waste
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in line with UAE regulations
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen associates, fostering a strong and collaborative team culture
- Support menu development and work with Catering and other departments to create tailored dining experiences
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role within a luxury or ultra luxury hotel or restaurant
- Recognized culinary certification or formal culinary training
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership skills and enjoyment in developing and motivating teams
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and cost control

THE TEAM
- As part of our Culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and collaborate with Banquets, In Room Dining, Stewarding, Catering, and other key departments.
- This is a dynamic, fast paced environment where teamwork, precision, and creativity come together to deliver exceptional dining experiences across multiple kitchens and outlets.
YOUR ROLE
- As a key member of the Culinary leadership team, you will oversee daily operations across the Banquet Kitchen, In Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant.
- You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest food quality standards, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to operational excellence, cost control, and team development, while upholding Rosewood’s standards of service and craftsmanship.

- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role within a luxury or ultra luxury hotel or restaurant.
- You hold a recognized culinary certification or formal culinary training.
- You are highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- You have strong leadership skills and enjoy developing and motivating teams.
- You have a solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and cost control.
