About the Role
Rosewood Abu Dhabi is looking for an Assistant Chief Butler to support the day-to-day leadership of the Butler department, ensuring personalized service throughout the guest journey.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Butler operations to ensure exceptional and personalized service for all guests
- Coordinate the full guest journey including pre arrival, arrival, in room experience, stay, departure, and post stay follow up
- Observe guest preferences and ensure they are documented and consistently executed across the team
- Lead and support butler staff through training, coaching, and regular quality inspections
- Act as a liaison with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage special attention guests including personalized amenities, in room dining service, and airport arrangements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Butler Supervisor or in a luxury guest service role within a 5 star hotel
- Excellent at creating personalized, detail oriented guest experiences and maintaining discretion
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable leading a team in a fast paced luxury environment
- Proficient with hotel systems such as Opera, KC, 360
- Strong knowledge of local attractions to craft bespoke guest recommendations
