Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery, organization, and management of wine stock, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and recorded accurately
- Provide attentive and professional wine service to guests, including recommendations, pouring, and explaining wine selections
- Work closely with the service team to ensure wine is served at correct temperature and in appropriate glassware
- Maintain a clean and organized wine service area, including polishing glassware and restocking wine stations
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with any requests, including preparing wine for service, setting up for wine tastings, and participating in staff training sessions
- Stay informed about the wine list, including new additions and seasonal changes, to provide accurate information to guests
Requirements
- 4 year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience or 2 years work experience in a lower position
- Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- Sufficient theoretical and practical background in wine and attendance in courses and seminars
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery, organization, and management of wine stock, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and recorded accurately
- Support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring stock rotation and safe storage of wines
- Assist in monthly stock takes and help with ordering when necessary
- Provide attentive and professional wine service to guests, including recommendations, pouring, and explaining wine selections
- Work closely with the service team to ensure wine is served at correct temperature and in appropriate glassware
- Maintain a clean and organized wine service area, including polishing glassware and restocking wine stations
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with any requests, including preparing wine for service, setting up for wine tastings, and participating in staff training sessions
- Stay informed about the wine list, including new additions and seasonal changes, to provide accurate information to guests
- Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering wine pairings and special wine events
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: 4 year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience or 2 years work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different methods
- Foreign Language: Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- Courses and Training: Requires sufficient theoretical and practical background and attendance in courses and seminars in the related field
- Computer Literacy: MS Office applications
- Skills: Good command of systems/legislation in the related field
