The Solutions Manager will support logistics and supply chain solution development and business opportunities across the Middle East.
The role works across sales, clients, product, technology, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze regional logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce trends to identify business opportunities.
- Gather client requirements and design end-to-end solutions covering warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, technical documentation, pitches, and demonstrations.
- Support and train sales teams on logistics solutions and participate in client negotiations.
- Monitor implemented solutions, collect feedback, and drive improvements with internal teams.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, e-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in solution design, pre-sales technical support, or consulting.
- Middle East market experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, cross-border e-commerce, and related technical solutions.
- Fluent English, strong communication and negotiation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, teamwork, and willingness to travel.
