Role Overview
Work with the Service Provider Sales team to identify strategic account needs, demonstrate Cisco solutions, and design tailored products for digital transformation.
Act as a trusted technical advisor and solution architect focused on customer success and aligned outcomes.
Guide customers toward autonomous, AI-driven networks through enterprise networking, data center architecture, and automation expertise.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead within the account team and build trusted advisor relationships with senior IT and business leaders.
- Own the end-to-end technology vision and architecture across service provider networks, data centers, cloud, automation, cybersecurity, and AI-driven operations.
- Lead large-scale, highly scalable data center and enterprise networking architecture design.
- Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives for network operations, assurance, planning, optimization, and closed-loop decision making.
- Integrate AI capabilities across transport, data center, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
- Lead network automation and orchestration strategy using DNA Center, Nexus Dashboard, Cisco Intersight, and Cisco Crosswork Automation.
- Collaborate with account teams, product leaders, and executives on roadmaps, investment decisions, and transformation strategy.
