Serve as a trusted technology advisor alongside senior customers.
Identify market trends and opportunities for technology to create new business value.

Responsibilities
- Develop or validate technology strategies and supporting business cases.
- Define technology transformation programmes and operating models.
- Improve technology organization efficiency through processes, tools, people, orchestration, and automation.
- Develop reference architectures, service portfolios, and associated product contributions.
- Perform technology benchmarking, cost optimization, and service and application rationalization.
- Identify and develop new Cisco advisory business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience advising senior customers on technology trends and opportunities for business value.
- Ability to develop or validate technology strategies and supporting business cases.
- Ability to define and deliver technology transformation programmes.
- Ability to design operating models for technology governance and business-technology alignment.
- Ability to develop technology reference architectures and service portfolios.
- Ability to benchmark technology environments and develop cost optimization strategies.
- Ability to identify and develop new technology advisory business opportunities.
