Overview
Cisco Systems seeks a Customer Program Manager to lead complex projects, build customer trust, and manage project plans and reporting. The role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting Splunk products, and collaborating with sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Build customer trust through professional leadership and management of complex projects
- Implement and maintain detailed project reporting, including project burn rate and progress against plan
- Understand and assess the impact of customer-specific requirements, including security and onboarding protocols
- Identify and promote opportunities for Splunk products and services to meet additional customer requirements
- Maintain a regular cadence with sales teams to understand upcoming opportunities and requirements for PS engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and customer relationship management
- Ability to build and maintain project plans and detailed project reporting
- Understanding of customer-specific requirements and security protocols
- Experience in promoting products and services to meet customer needs
- Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and project stakeholders
