Solutions Architect

Supporting and enhancing the Architecture practice by developing standards, reference architectures, templates, and models.

Designing end-to-end solutions across Business, Application, Data, Integration, Network, Infrastructure, Security, and Operational domains.

Providing architectural guidance to development teams, assessing technical risks, and identifying dependencies with other systems or projects.

Evaluating and recommending technologies to optimise efficiency and reduce technical debt.

Championing architecture governance, security, and best practices across projects and existing systems.

Engaging with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.

Mentoring team members, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, and promoting professional growth within the architecture domain.

Proven experience as an Integration Architect or Integration Developer or similar role in complex organisations, with a track record of designing and implementing solutions on using Azure Integration Platform, Azure

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology; certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., integration architecture) are advantageous

Practical knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure) and emerging tools, with an understanding of project management principles

Experience working across complex projects and technologies, resolving solution design and architecture challenges

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Collaborative, adaptable, and organised, with strong time management, attention to detail, and sound business acumen
