Business Analyst

You will be an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can quickly step into complex projects, bring structure to ambiguity and build strong relationships across business and technology teams.

You will bring:

Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex organisations and technology-enabled projects.

Strong experience establishing or improving requirements management practices.

Demonstrated ability to work with unclear or incomplete requirements and quickly bring structure and clarity.

Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and traceability skills.

Experience working across business and technical teams, including Architecture, Development and Testing.

Strong workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.

Strong process mapping and business process analysis capability.

Experience managing multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.

The ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Experience within legal, consulting or professional services environments will be highly regarded.

A Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA will be advantageous.
