- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies (cloud platforms, microservices, databases, etc.)
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability
- Serve as technical lead on projects, responsible for overall solution design and technical outcomes
- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to align technical solutions with business goals
- Provide hands on oversight and mentorship to engineering teams throughout development lifecycle
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and guidelines for modernization projects
- Contribute to TrueForge's knowledge base and methodology by developing best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture, including leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing architectures for legacy system modernization or enterprise software solutions
- Expertise in architectural methodologies and design patterns, with strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and system integration techniques
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Leadership qualities and collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring teams

Position Summary

Required Qualifications
