- Implement and update HR policies, performance review processes, and professional development programs
- Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and advise on organizational development
- Lead the recruiting function, including employer branding initiatives and partnerships with universities or agencies
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires from initial contact through onboarding
- Maintain HR records and reports, using data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee satisfaction
- Advise management on HR best practices and regulatory requirements
- Champion company culture by organizing team building activities, feedback surveys, and other engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role
- Demonstrated success in hiring for technical roles (software engineers, etc.) and scaling teams in a fast growing environment
- Strong understanding of modern recruiting techniques, employer branding, and attracting technical talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance requirements
- Strategic mindset with ability to handle details
- HR certification (SHRM CP/SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

Position Summary
- TrueForge is seeking an HR / Talent Acquisition Lead to develop our people operations and recruiting strategy.
- You will lead efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent, while also overseeing HR policies and programs that foster a high performance, engaged team aligned with our mission to modernize legacy systems.
About The Role
- In this role, you will have a dual focus on strategic talent acquisition and overall HR management.
- You’ll design and implement hiring plans to scale our technical and consulting teams, ensuring we bring in professionals with the right skills for legacy modernization projects.
- At the same time, you’ll manage HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Do

- Manage the recruitment process: crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, payroll/benefits administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and update HR policies, performance review processes, and professional development programs to support employee growth and satisfaction.
- Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and advise on organizational development, including team structures and succession planning.

What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in human resources and talent acquisition, ideally within the tech or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of modern recruiting techniques, employer branding, and what it takes to attract technical talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance requirements.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to also handle details—comfortable both planning at a high level and executing day to day HR tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for technical roles (software engineers, etc.) and scaling teams in a fast growing environment.
