Project Scope
Migrating Microsoft Project Online to Microsoft Planner Premium (Power Platform-based solution) for an enterprise customer.
Role Overview: Lead the overall architecture, environment setup, governance, and migration strategy from Project Online to Microsoft Planner Premium.
Key Responsibilities
- Define target architecture based on Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse)
- Lead environment setup and governance via Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC)
- Design security model (Dataverse roles and access control)
- Assess Project Online environment and define migration approach (side-by-side vs selective migration)
- Define reporting architecture (Power BI over Dataverse) Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience with Microsoft Planner Premium / Project (or Project for the web)
- Good understanding of Project Online (PWA) architecture
- Experience in enterprise solution design and governance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Should have experience working in enterprise environments
