About the Role

- Standardize recipes and control cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Develop and implement menu costing at scale
- Contribute to franchise/replication readiness including SOP authorship and training systems
Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years' progressive culinary leadership experience, including at least 4 years in a multi outlet or multi brand Executive Chef role
- Proven experience managing diverse, multi generational kitchen teams in the GCC
- Deep, hands on expertise in South Asian cuisine
- Track record of recipe standardization, COGS control, and menu costing at scale
- Formal culinary qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, WACS recognized diploma or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of Qatar/GCC food safety and municipality requirements

Requirements

- Proven experience managing diverse, multi generational kitchen teams in the GCC; demonstrated ability to earn the respect of senior, experienced chefs.
- Deep, hands on expertise in South Asian cuisine , first hand command of South Asian technique is essential to lead both kitchens and earn the respect of their teams.
- Track record of recipe standardization, COGS control, and menu costing at scale.
- Experience contributing to or leading franchise/replication readiness (SOP authorship, training systems) strongly preferred.
- Formal culinary qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, WACS recognized diploma or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Qatar/GCC food safety and municipality requirements.
