About the Role
CANDIDZONE is seeking an Electro Mechanical Engineer for a facilities management role in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of FM experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee electromechanical systems in facilities management operations
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, including BMS and ELV systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Maintenance
- At least 3 years of experience managing similar FM operations/projects within the GCC region
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, control systems, ELV systems, and BMS
- Familiarity with building maintenance standards and regulations applicable in Qatar
- Sound knowledge of QHSE management systems and regulations
- KAHRAMAA Grade B Classification (preferred)
- QCDD Certified Engineer (preferred)

Language Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is necessary.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Master's Degree or Diploma is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Maintenance.
- At least 3 years of experience managing similar FM operations/projects within the GCC region.
- Experience in educational facilities, commercial buildings, or similar environments is preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including: Electrical Systems, Control Systems, ELV Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Familiarity with building maintenance standards and regulations applicable in Qatar.
- Sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and regulations.
Certifications
- KAHRAMAA Grade B Classification (preferred).
- QCDD Certified Engineer (preferred).
- Any additional FM, HSE, or Maintenance related certifications will be an advantage.
