About the Role
CANDIDZONE is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer in Doha to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure in Azure, GCP, and on-premises. The role requires experience with cloud services, servers, networking, and a willingness to work on shifts.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain cloud services (Azure, GCP) including compute instances, databases, and PaaS offerings
- Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, and virtualization environments
- Deploy and configure servers on prem/Azure/GCP, storage, and other infrastructure components
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage and optimize storage solutions (cloud and on prem)
- Configure switches, routers, etc. (basic networking)
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
- Generate reports on system performance, usage, security, and other metrics
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure with good understanding of Azure, GCP, AD, SQL, Exchange/O365 and storage
- Ability to analyze systems and network, troubleshoot issues
- Willingness to work on shifts/on call basis
- Strong problem solving skills
- Efficient time management
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies

- Thoroughness in infrastructure design and documentation

Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, and virtualization environments.
- Deploy and configure servers on prem/Azure/GCP, storage, and other infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and optimize storage solutions, including Cloud and on prem storages.
- Basic Networking experience and able to configure switches, routers, etc.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance, Usage, security, and other relevant metrics.
