Overview

  • We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer focused Receptionist to join our team in Qatar. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are fluent in Swedish, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a Customer Service role.
  • Bilingual in Swedish (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in handling front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must possess a valid Qatar ID (QID).

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while responding to inquiries efficiently.
