- Design and develop end to end solution architectures aligned with customer business objectives and technical requirements
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges, requirements, and strategic goals
- Support presales activities including customer meetings, workshops, solution demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions
- Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, statements of work (SOW), implementation plans, and project scope definitions
- Design and position solutions across one or more technology domains including AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the sales cycle
- Lead solution presentations and respond to technical and functional inquiries during bid and proposal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to develop innovative, scalable, and competitive solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings
- Support project delivery teams during implementation by providing architectural oversight and technical expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, presales, technical consulting, or related roles
- Strong expertise in AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

Role Overview
- Seeking an experienced and customer focused Solutions Architect to join the team in Dubai, UAE.
- Responsible for designing and presenting end to end technology solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.
