Role Overview

Own end-to-end integration across Coupa Source-to-Pay, Salesforce CRM, and Oracle E-Business Suite for finance and supply chain.

Design secure, scalable, real-time, and batch data flows across the connected systems.

Define API and cloud-middleware standards and align technical strategy with business goals.

The role requires enterprise integration patterns, financial and CRM domain knowledge, API management, cloud middleware, and hands-on OIC expertise.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end integrations across Coupa, Salesforce, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Design secure, scalable, real-time, and batch data flows.
  • Define API and cloud-middleware standards.
  • Align integration architecture and technical strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience is required.
  • At least 4 years as a Solution Architect focused on enterprise integrations is required.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Coupa is required.
  • Deep proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi is required.
  • Strong knowledge of data security, API design, and enterprise data models is required.
  • Experience delivering P2P/S2P and CRM-ERP integrations in a multi-entity or group environment is required.
  • UAE or GCC experience and formal PMO governance are preferred.

Preferred Certifications

  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Salesforce Integration Architect or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
  • Coupa Platform or Integration certification is preferred.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financials / SCM certification is preferred.
  • MuleSoft, Boomi, or Oracle Integration Cloud iPaaS certification and TOGAF are preferred.
