Role Overview
Support transformation initiatives as a Change Management and AI Adoption Consultant.
Translate AI concepts into practical adoption and change strategies for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management strategies for transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Assess stakeholder change impacts, readiness, adoption barriers, and organizational requirements.
- Develop communication, engagement, and adoption approaches.
- Apply AI fundamentals, frontier models, adoption standards, and responsible AI practices.
- Advise clients on AI adoption good practices, risks, and common pitfalls.
- Support client workshops and transformation activities across the region.
- Contribute to AI and digital transformation adoption frameworks, roadmaps, and recommendations.
Key Requirements
- Experience in change management or organizational transformation.
- At least one Middle East client engagement, ideally in the public sector.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, frontier models, and AI adoption practices.
- Understanding of responsible and effective AI adoption, including risks and poor practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders.
Contract Details
- The role is a four-month contract with potential to extend.
