What you'll do
- Define and drive the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features across the platform.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship AI capabilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and user stories.
- Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI products meet regulatory standards.
- Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to AI/ML products.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong technical fluency and comfort in conversations with ML engineers and data scientists.
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort with startup pace, ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
- Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, or financial services regulatory frameworks.
