As a Manager in CRM Transformation, work with clients across the Middle East on digital transformation in sales and customer management.
Shape future-ready, integrated customer engagement solutions across CRM, sales, marketing, and service.
Your role
- Lead or co-lead CRM strategy and transformation projects.
- Shape digital roadmaps focused on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Define and implement CRM strategies and digital customer journeys.
- Design concepts for digital sales, digital marketing, and customer experience.
- Manage regional and international CRM solution rollouts.
- Enable users on new CRM processes and tools.
Your profile
- Several years of CRM project experience across sales, marketing, and service.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Prior partial ownership of CRM strategy, evaluation, and transformation projects.
- CRM solution implementation experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Relevant university degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, structured working, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Additional regional language skills are a plus.
Location
- The role is advertised for Dubai or Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and involves work with clients across the Middle East.
