We are looking for experienced
Smart Plant And Digital Manufacturing Professionals
to lead digital transformation and operational performance improvement programs for major industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
Digital Manufacturing, Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 transformation
programs from strategy through execution.
- Identify and deliver high-impact solutions including
Digital Twins, Predictive Maintenance, MES, IoT and AI-driven solutions
.
- Lead manufacturing and maintenance performance improvement covering
OEE, asset utilization, cost reduction, sustainability and productivity
.
- Design and implement
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence
programs.
- Manage complex projects and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and financial improvements.
- Build strong relationships with
C-level executives and industrial leaders
and support business development, proposals and go-to-market activities.
- Lead, mentor and develop teams across Smart Plant, Digital Manufacturing and Performance Improvement.
