Responsibilities
- Lead end to end pre sales engagement from customer needs analysis to solution design, demo, and proposal delivery
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive project conversion
- Design integrated solutions across AI, Digital Twin, Cloud, IoT, and Smart City domains
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos to government and enterprise clients
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing models, and bidding documentation
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to build competitive and scalable solutions
- Support bidding, negotiation, and contract closure processes
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Strong experience in solution selling / pre sales / solution management
- Proven track record in large scale projects (≥3M USD), ideally in government or enterprise sector
- Solid knowledge of AI / Digital Twin / Cloud / IoT / Smart City solutions
- Ability to independently handle solution design, client engagement, and technical presentations
- Familiarity with bidding/tendering processes and complex deal cycles
- Strong business acumen and customer facing capability
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to work in cross cultural environment
