- Lead the mechanical design team across multiple projects
- Oversee HVAC, public health, and fire protection system design delivery
- Ensure technical excellence, compliance, and quality across all outputs
- Drive engineering standards, design optimisation, and value engineering initiatives
- Manage, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Collaborate with electrical, structural, BIM, and architectural teams
- Support project planning, resource management, and delivery timelines
- Provide site support, inspections, and commissioning input
- Contribute to client engagement, proposals, and business growth
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in mechanical engineering
- Proven team leading experience in data centres projects
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems & thermal design, chilled water & precision cooling systems, international standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Professional certification (CEng / PE or equivalent preferred)
- Desirable: Sustainable and energy efficient design solutions, Advanced tools (Revit, IES, HAP, AutoCAD, CFD), Client facing leadership roles in international environments

- A leading, fast growing engineering consultancy specialising in hyperscale data centres and mission critical infrastructure is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead its expanding Mechanical design team.
- This is an exciting role offering the opportunity to work on cutting edge data centre projects across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, delivering innovative, high performance engineering solutions for global clients.
