Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of mission critical and data centre projects
- Produce and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, structural, civil, and BIM specialists
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Lead design reviews, coordination meetings, and stakeholder workshops
- Review and approve material selection, technical reviews, and architectural submissions
- Conduct site visits and construction reviews to ensure design quality and compliance
- Contribute to value engineering and design optimisation initiatives
- Lead project delivery across multiple phases, from concept design through construction
- Mentor and collaborate with junior team members where appropriate
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from a recognised university
- 8+ years experience within architecture and design consultancy environment
- Data Centre or Mission Critical design experience
- Experience working on large scale infrastructure or technology focused developments
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, life safety requirements, and international Data center design standards
- Knowledge of BIM based project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM workflows, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
