Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound sales
- Identify and qualify leads across industries including construction, real estate, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, trading, and professional services
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workflows and business challenges
- Deliver engaging ERP product demonstrations tailored to each client's needs
- Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing
- Build strong relationships with business owners, CEOs, Finance Managers, HR Managers, Operations Managers, and IT Managers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records in the CRM
- Work closely with the implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay informed on ERP market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software or technology sales
- Previous experience selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting Software, POS, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong consultative selling and relationship building abilities
- Experience managing a complete sales pipeline
- Self driven, proactive, and results oriented

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly motivated Software Sales Specialist to drive the sales of our proprietary ERP platform.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision makers, demonstrating the value of our ERP solution, and closing deals across multiple industries.
- You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by helping businesses digitize and streamline their operations through our all in one ERP system.

- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
