Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts from initial brief to final execution
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations
- Produce BIM models and detailed construction drawings using Revit
- Create high quality photorealistic visualizations using 3ds Max & Corona Renderer
- Prepare floor plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, joinery details, and material specifications
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, project managers, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Review shop drawings and material submissions
- Assist in FF&E selection and material sourcing
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design
- Expert proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential, hospitality, commercial, or luxury fit out projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
