- Prepare structural designs, calculations, and engineering reports
- Produce and review structural drawings, detailing, and drafting using AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site inspections to ensure structural works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards
- Provide technical support and resolve structural issues during construction
- Assist in project coordination, design development, and construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, regulations, and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
- Hands on site experience in residential, industrial, or luxury building projects
- Strong drafting and detailing experience using AutoCAD and Revit
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel design
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards preferred

Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Structural Engineer (Junior to Mid Level) to join our Dubai office.
- The ideal candidate should have a balanced background in structural design, site supervision, and drafting.
- Industry: Residential, Industrial & Large Scale Luxury Building Projects (including Waterfront Villas, Lagoons & Swimming Pools).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural designs, calculations, and engineering reports.
- Produce and review structural drawings, detailing, and drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and resolve structural issues during construction.
- Assist in project coordination, design development, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Hands on site experience in residential, industrial, or luxury building projects.
- Strong drafting and detailing experience using AutoCAD and Revit.

- Experience with waterfront villas, lagoons, swimming pools, or other luxury developments is an advantage.
